Four Second Sedative – Outlast the horde of minigames and defeat the final boss.
Alright so for this one I would highly recommend playing through a couple of times and familiarizing yourself with the minigames. That is if you can't get it the first time. Other than that I can't say much else.. just replay and you'll eventually get it.
