Strategy: Shoot em!
In-Depth Strategy: Alright so basically what you want to do is be careful about your aim and no matter what upgrade your fire rate first, that fire rate is going to help alot, then once that is fully upgraded go for the shot power. The auto turrets don't do squat.

You can hold a mine by dragging it over the play button when it asks you to place them. Can be very useful as a last defence, though I doubt it would be the difference between reaching 100 and not reaching it.
