The True Meaning of All Your Base are Belong to Us and that 300 vs the Roman Empire Feeling (Review):

At last, a game that tells us the true thing about life: All your base are belong to us. You are on the way to destruction. You have no chance to survive make your time. Ha ha ha ha...

This game is seriously intense, way more intense than Ether Cannon. This Kongregate-Sponsored Game carnage is equal to being married to a hog plus watching glue dry.

Just truly outrageous. Its unbelievable destruction and the scars of Earth are "beautiful".

Graphics: 8/10

Truly outstanding. The damage on the environment has such overwhelming fear into my spine. Just incredible.

Gameplay: 8/10

A simple game with lots of missiles. The power-ups are well-implemented but some of the power-ups are pretty useless till later levels such as the shield-giver and the EMP. Of course, this is meant to make the game pretty balanced. I've never played a game when you shoot a missile, it will detonate at its destination so I pretty much got the hang of it. However, it doesn't respond pretty well and a speed-up missile power-up will be nice.

Anyway, this game is seriously exhilarating and makes your heart pump like crazy. Just don't get a cardiac arrest playing on this game.

Music & SFX: 9

This is a song with rage. When lots of missiles come in, the song became more angrier. Unbelievable piece of song. The missiles SFX has such a dramatic effect on the game.

Overall: 8/10

Forget Ether Cannon and its simple diagonal movement to avoid evil suns and thingies. This is what you call: MADNESS

Bugs Found:
  • When you restart, music starts again. Disastrous :O (Solution for developer: stopAllSounds(); during transition to main menu)
  • Some people reported that they should get the badge because the blip is green and they actually achieved the achievement but it's not ticked. (Probably the Kong API)
Surviving for Badges and Card 101:

How to play:

You basically have 5 buildings. One gives you more shield by using its own shield. The second one has an EMP that disables and in later upgrades, detonate it :D The third is the one you control, the ultimate turret. The fourth makes time slow, somehow... And the last is a building with a haywire flak that shoots at the air or missiles. They use their shield, ironically, if they're using their special powers except the turret (That makes sense right? Who wants a turret to be destroyed in the beginning of the game for a n00b?).

Pretty much you can focus on keeping your own turret alive and you'll be fine although the other buildings can help with other tasks for the impossible badge.

Your objective is to SURVIVE, sorta till you get 10,000 points or those other incredibly nonsensical achievements.

How to get the card and the first two badges:

I personally believe that that shield giving building is the worst. All the others does some good. Here's some tips:
  • This is not - RED - or whatever that game is, the missile you shoot detonates at its destination. Pretty nifty though
  • Don't use your buildings excessively (Unless you're aiming for the impossible badge requirement for disabling (Ultimate EMP recommended)
  • Defend your buildings (Duh)
  • There will be missiles that drops mini-mines to your buildings and missiles that act like chainguns for some reason... So just be prepared
  • You will eventually lose so don't cry :P
  • If you have to get good accuracy, sacrifice yourself.
  • Or get the time building to work.
I did not have any difficulties with this intense game. You should be able to get the easy badge and the medium badge (Unless you're bad in accuracy) while you're at it.

Tips for Hard Badge:
  • The only two useful buildings for the hard badge is the EMP and the Time Building
  • Ultimate EMP is the best because it detonates evil missiles
  • Just 1 upgrade for slow time. You don't need it unless you mess up or trouble starts (Same tip for Trauma Center :D)
  • Let those two other buildings die in pain.
This is the end of my awesome walkthrough, sorta. If you're going for those harder badges, I suggest that you should force Focus or me to do the impossible badge.

Ciao!

What the firestorm?

Meh, I will try. But I'm now busy with Anika.

The siphon is actually very useful cause with it at level 2 you can keep your flak on indefinitely, it's also useful in emergencies to quickly recharge your emp.

Level 2 pretty much doubles the regen rate for siphoning purposes as the extra bars also recharge with the main bar, however, I think the 2nd and third extra bars don't, so I only level the siphon to 2.
