The Daily Kong: Bubbles and Boredom

Play of the Day!
The Play of the Day is a daily column where I showcase my personal pick of the best game uploaded the day before.

Bubblin by bivisss
Controls: Arrow Keys to move around

Quick Review: This game is a gentle forray into the casual gaming we all know and love. A pointless bubble collection game that is simple clean and fun. With every bubble you consume you grow in size and every once in a while the lights go out, which makes the game have a tinge of difficulty. As the seconds go by so does your score and there isn't much you can really do about it except consume more bubbles. Not a whole lot of replay value, if you beat my high score tell me, I'm like 4074 or something on my first try. There wasn't any music although there was a annoying popping sound every time you ate another bubble which was slightly annoying. Other than that this game has solidly simplistic written all over it (which isn't a bad thing mind you).

Quick Review: This game has beautiful graphics although it's really lame I suppose would be the good word. Today wasn't a good day for development a year ago. This was the best we got that day, and it's alright but nowhere near "real bowling".
