Weekly Random Review #6: Mass Attack!

Mass Attack

Overall Rating: 4/5 Stars

Good:
A simple and unique, somewhat challenging game with nice visuals.
Bad: No save feature, resulting in bad replay value.

For this week's random review, Mass Attack is in the spotlight! This game comes fresh from kbaum, author of Rebounce and Detonate. (Woot, four links in one sentence!)

First, an overview of the game. The point of the game is to get the two scales to match. You do this by dropping weights on either side of the scale, but you only a certain amount of tries to do it. Luckily, they cut you some slack by giving you a leisure period, usually 1, 3, or 5 units difference.

The game's graphics look slick. If you look at kbaum's other games, you'd see that he likes to make things shiny! But you will also see the major improvement! This game is something you'll want to look at! Plus, as an extra bonus, each level is a different color xD

Ooh, pretty clouds!
One of the only problems with Mass Attack is the replay value. You may get fairly far (level 5 for instance), but when you get back on the next day, you will have to start back at level 1. Which will cut down your playing time a lot.

As and ending summary, Mass Attack turns out to be a fairly fun game. It is a unique game (never seen anything like it!), simple, and good looking. But although it may be fun when you first play it, it won't be fun later, due to the lack of a save feature. Be sure to check it out!

..And so ends my sixth review. Happy reading (and a scary Halloween!)!

Good review =) I pretty much thought the same of it... although of course I wouldn't be able to put it as well as you =0
Good game... (I wouldn't say great myself... but it was well made), quite fun, but I have no urge to go back on it.

You nailed the problem perfectly. But overall it's a great game.
